The all in one wash/clean nozzle is my only complaint.

This is a fine product, i highly recommend it. That in itself is a bit of a rarity these days; a very welcome rarity. This company is swell to work with. Kudos to bbc corp for an excellent product.

They make so much more sense than simply drying oneself and smearing around unpleasantness. Works great, sparkly clean now.

The essential model does what you need better than the fancier ones. Will definitely upgrade to a higher end model if and when necessary.

The knob is difficult to twist. The water pressure needs to reach a certain point until the nozzles extend. It's difficult to adjust and the spray is harsh.
