Great for decorating a birthday party. Fantastic touch for my kiddos party. We ended up hanging it in their room haha!

Plastic knows that feel a tad breakable. Only con is the across top bar is not straight and sags in the middle. Works well if you can drape the paper completely over the top bar without using the hanging clasps.

Very flimsy constantly falls down when the when blows even during summer months winds.
