All stainless, even the lag bolts are stainless. They are sturdy and easy to install. The lag screws are stout and the mounts are substantial as well. They work great.

Worked really well to hang my gymnastic rings. The only minor issue is that the shackles are a little narrow. Just ordered another set for another hanger.

Use for awning swing. Using it with a pulley system. Used to attach to a large cross beam of the back porch overhang.

Can't recommend this product. Cannot hang a 100 pound heavy bag on joist with this mount. Lower back is not ok.
