Soft on one side and gently nubby on the other. The silicone side give a great massage. My face is so soft and the blackheads are gone. Dry skin and occasionally get flakes, and the rubber takes care of those easily.

The carry case is sleek and elegant. With a beautiful glow. Comes with the best brushes and even a delightful oversized brush which i love to use.

The rotating brush is way to soft for a good scrub to your face. To receive a clearly used cleansing brush with build up and hair on the brushes and throughout the kit itself is was horrifying.
