These bristles are very soft; they exfoliate and clean without irritating my skin. It's as soft as a marshmallow, & the perfect size for a facial brush/massage. The brush's bristles are so dense it holds product very well and foams luxuriously!

I have no idea how anyone can use this brush with a face wash cleanser. I need a face brush to exfoliate a tad bit and this is far too soft.

They are super soft so if you’re looking to specifically exfoliate this is not the right product. This seems more like a makeup applicator than an exfoliating, facial cleaning brush.
