It is not soft crocheted. I believe it’s a scratchy material punched out to look like it's crochetted.

The scalloped edging gives it a dressy detail. Wore with my dress to my son's wedding.

The bolero jacket is cute, but it seems to slip off my shoulders. The sweater was shipped balled up in a zip lock bag. It fits strange.
