The blanket is soft and it didn't shed when i washed it. It's a great color and washes well. Much nicer than expected. Haven't had to wash yet, so hopefully it holds up!
It almost looks and feels like a duvet cover except there is no zipper. It barely covers the top of the mattress! This one is a different style, but not soft…as in, my costco blanket it softer!
Tissue paper is thicker than this thing. Thin, looks cheaply made feels cheaply made. Needs to be layered with not only top sheet but another blanket. This is not a winter blanket.
It’s lightweight but also provides warmth. It has enough weight to it, but it is an open weave, so you can choose a single layer or several to cuddle underneath. I purchase it for my bedroom to lay over my lightweight quilt as an accent blanket.
It's warm yet breathable. But it gets too hot with a comforter. It really seems to regulate my body temp whether the air is warm or gets cool.
I have no idea how this happened, but i did notice some snagging on it out of the package. The worst part is that i unpackaged it late last night after spending hours redoing my bedroom with a new king-sized bed.
Look at the picture. This is marketed as a blanket. If you're looking for a traditional waffle weave, this is not it. Got it in grey.
