These are so impressive and classy looking. Used led daylight bulbs for brightest result. They are plenty bright for reading in bed but not bright enough to be overbearing.
The lamp shade is loosing its stickiness and won't stay up. Not sure why that's how long it lasted.
Usb ports keep malfunctioning and not able to provide power. The phone rapidly fluctuates between charging and not charging. For example plugging two phones into the lamp causes each to drop in and out of charging continuously.
The shades are just glued to the wire skeleton. The heat from even an led bulb is enough to warm this glue and the lamp just falls apart.
Classic look, modern (usb) port option, adjustable brightness. The top light has three settings which are super easy to navigate between them (touch) three different brightness to them with just a touch.
It actually looks like these are legit lanterns that have been repurposed. They go perfect in my living room with the fireplace.
They are easy to use and function well. And that surprises me! These are a definite recommend. They have a very unique, but simplistic industrial sort of look.
Bottom lantern light works by a small toggle switch. Illumination is great with light from the bulb and base.
Shade material is poor, with wrinkles and lumpy ugly edges where it fastens to the rim. The gray paint is splotchy and clashes horribly with the brass harp and rims.
Usb port only charges at 1480 mah max, which is half the speed of most phone chargers. One of the lamp shade is dented.
