The case functions as plug in to the base charger or wireless charger. It is very durable and is helpful as a battery back up. Love the wireless charging feature and long battery life.

Alpatronix honors its warranty without hesitation. I have a lot of apps and i know a lot run in the background because battery saver mode makes a big difference.

Takes 8-10 hrs to charge the phone and pack. Sometimes it doesn't charge the case or phone when i plug it in. After a month when you click the on button to charge it stays on for 3 seconds and stops charging.

Will never purchase or recommend this product. Useless company with horrible customer support.

Works well, but after 6-8 months stops working. Only lasted under 2 years. Partially worked the first 3/4 times (like a week).

Product seems decently made, but the finish is meh. Otherwise the case seems to be made decently. The durability of this case is terrible!

For $45, it needs to be a product that lasts awhile. The lifespan continues to be just about 3 months. All it does is blink. Only lasted 2 months.

Manufacturer is in china and has not reached out to rectify the issue. I'm * and will not be asking for a replacement but my $90 returned for defective devices. Beware of this issue before purchasing yours.
