Great flavor, easy to mix. More importantly, these things are highly individualized. They're also very transparent about what is in strong food and no fillers!

The blackberry lemonade flavor is faint but it's easy to deal with. The pineapple flavor is real legit and by far one of my favorites. I like the taste in plain water, i like cold water so it takes a little longer to dissolve, no biggie.

Muscle repair in full gear. It makes a difference in my soreness and fatigue. I am not even half as sore as when i didn't use it. The bottle mentions taking two servings for optimum use.

No matter how hard i try and mix it, it’s still grainy and settles at the bottom. I use a shaker bottle and it foamed excessively during mixing. This is the worst tasting product i’ve ever bought.
