The needles are thinner than the accu check lancets and are much cheaper. They come in 4 or 5 bags (i can't remember which) sealed airtight. Fits the lancing pen fine.

Some lancets fit too loosely in the holder. The manufacturing process is faulty.

Nano lancet is very thin, great for facial work with milia. They're so thin that i don't hiss in pain anymore when pricking my finger.
