As with all herbal products, it takes time. This stuff is way more expensive in stores in capsules and probably has fillers most of the time. I like being able to make my own capsule or tinctures from the products.

The ayurvedic system suggests combining with brahmi for mental performance. I use it to help curb the adrenal response in my body, which is calming and helps me focus. I’m not tired until bedtime, so it’s not like taking ash makes you sleepy.

Just not tasting great isn't the issue if it works in my book, but this was obviously not the same product. Latest batch smells sweet and has a darker color. It's just root powder.

Due to another review, i am certain that this has happened to at least one other purchaser on his repeat order of this product. Messed me up pretty bad. This is not the product i have been buying for many times. It is worthless!

Worked a little better than berberine, apple cider vinegar with the mother.

Plus take metformin and trulicity. No longer has pre-diabetic issues.
