Ashwagandha has the “horsey” aroma typical of good quality. Mix easy with any kind of beverage. Use it in a breakfast smoothie along with other supplements.

The last two packages were filled with a light yellowish coarse powder with an awful taste. This product is great at first unless you are dosing it out to a gym.

Now foods prostate formula works. Pill is a little big. Product seems to help control my minor bladder issues.
