Ashwagandha helps curb the adrenal response in the body. The product somehow regulates the stress, and it feels like my brain has more than adequate reserves, or like theirs more cushion. This makes me think the cortisol levels are actually down.

The last two packages were filled with a light yellowish coarse powder with an awful taste. This only has 1. The taste seems more palatable than it should.

It helps with stress and anxiety. It also takes away the metallic taste i would always get from my tn. Works amazing for older people when feeling down or stressed. It's safe for anybody because it's all natural.

It has an in between hard candy/gummy-like texture. It has the consistency of licorice in a round shape. The flavor is pleasant and they melt quick enough that you don't need to chew them up like a gummy.

Highly recommended. Been recommending it to friends ever since. Works great, noticed difference first time driving in traffic. The drops work great as well but this one is quite handy to have in your purse.
