Ashwagandha has the “horsey” aroma typical of good quality. Mix easy with any kind of beverage. Use it in a breakfast smoothie along with other supplements.

The last two packages were filled with a light yellowish coarse powder with an awful taste. This product is great at first unless you are dosing it out to a gym.

Not a bargain for stale neatly outdated stuff. They actually leave me feeling a little nauseated. Do not buy, they are worthless!

It uses beeswax, which harms beehives just to get the wax. Hopefully the black currant flavor is better.
