This paper is awesome for this beginner, i enjoy painting on it more than other super expensive papers. Perfect for practicing new techniques, practicing painting, doodling - whatever. They come in a 3 pack so i labeled one for my granddaughter.
The water moves more fluidly on this type of watercolour paper. It handles wet on wet really well and doesn't crumble when lifting out colors. No issues working with frisking fluid.
A true beginner to watercolor painting. Easy to paint on without bleeding through. Lightfast properties and colors more suited to realistic paintings. Please enjoy my painted sort of masterpiece on this paper.
This paper is great for practicing your skills. Practice perspective and simplifying scenes. The best paper for beginners in my opinion.
Canson is at once too absorbent and not absorbent enough. Reactivation is awful, blending and layering is awful. Strathmore is a more suitable alternative for working out ideas or practicing brush strokes.
