The microphone is defective. I went to apple store for fixing, diag showed bad ear receiver, bad gps, 2 bad speakers.

Creative and vibrant screen/colors make this an extra special gift to myself. This one is definitely a keeper. It's totally bearable, though.

Phone is big, hard to use with only one hand. Refresh rate is passable. I have an old galaxy 8 that holds charge and is much more dependable than this phone. When i put in the sim card it says sim card is not from verizon.

Product looks nice (hence the 2-star rating instead of 1) but shuts off randomly. It take 30 days for a refund. Really disappointed with this product.

Bluetooth seems spotty. Speakers are distorted. Im always repeating myself, or yelling, or having to call the same number up to 5 times in a row.
