The phone works flawlessly. Camera quality is impeccable! The only downside is that my old phone was an android and this switch is a big change.

I’m enclosing a photo, but it has a case. A cable and wall charger were included. I'm sure not all sellers are the same, but whichever one shipped this one is worth buying from.

Please do not get scammed. The settings say it’s possibly an after market camera installed incompletely. It arrived scratched and smudged up.

The battery is short and gets shorter with heat and use. When reaching out to customer service for help - after slugglish weeks of communication (all documented) they finally agreed to an exchange.
