Customer service procedures for this product is somewhat unsatisfactory. Guarantee says the phone is replaceable but upon talking to a few customer service agents it seems like it's only for return and refund.
The facial recognition works for me 3 out of 4 times. The charge lasts a long time. And this has a bigger battery, which is nice.
The fingerprint reader is horrible. It works occasionally. It's slow and glitchy. Just don't buy one from this seller expecting it to be unlocked.
