The lamp is half the width of my previous 4-bulb fluorescent fixture. It works great with no humming ballast. The only downside is there is an led strip inside so when it goes out, you can't switch it out like a lightbulb.

The housing is sturdy and it was easy to take apart and put back together. Easy to install and just the right brightness. Prefect for a laundry room or garage.

They provide you with gloves and a covering for the lamp until you hang it. They aren't super bright but give off a nice glow. Because this is our ancestor room, we put a dimmer bulb in. Put a round bulb in rather than a regular light bulb!

The pattern of light they produce is pleasing to the eye.
