Pros and Cons
Pros3

This power strip is incredibly sturdy and well-made. The usb smart power ports are a nice touch though i have no need at the moment, they're there if i need them.

Another decent product from anker. Less than $30 retail, it's not bad. I love anker products and this power strip is no exception.

The 2100j surge protector comes with an 18-month warranty and a $300,000 connected equipment warranty. It has dual surge protection with 4000 joules of energy rating that protects my expensive equipment from electrical faults and lightning strikes. Lu...  Read More

Cons2

The usb-a ports only work intermittently. When you unplug the device and plug it back in they work for first use and then fail again after you take your device off a charge.

The usb-c port is a dud. Too much of a hassle. The +pd port also seems to lose power on occasion but not as often.

Pros4

The 6ft cord allows for good flexibility of placement, and the heavy gauge is perfectly suitable for the 1800 watts that it is rated for. The cord is 14 awg, which is also the minimum i demand for indoor extension cords.

Spacing is good - the sockets are far enough apart that you don't need to worry about bulky plugs messing with each other. The wide spacing is ideal for dc plugs that take up too much space on an office power strip blocking at least one other outlet.

The casing is metal - feels like aluminum but it's hard to tell. The construction is sturdy and feels very nice. It's got a tough as nails extension cord and a well-made metal body and frame.

The mounting brackets work well for my setup. Both the slide-on and endcap brackets work equally well in holding it securely.

Cons1

Multiple monitors have ceased to function until plugged into a regular surge protector. This implies a problem with the internal circuitry that could permanently damage electronics.
