Cord appears durable. All the products i have bought from them are well packaged, ship quickly and arrive when expected. Good to watch for items to go on sale to get better bang for the buck.

Anker fails to disappoint as it is. This is extremely convenient for its low profile and footprint.

They use the lowest priced usps service for shipping, which means i was possibly looking at weeks before receiving my replacement with no acknowledgement of receipt or indication of process. It appears that it's wireless charging.

On/off switch is super sensitive and i often find that my kids brushing against it shuts it off. Returned, no option for replacement. The computer is not hooked up yet.
