The plug can unwind and lengthen so that you can plug it in behind the night stand. This is especially useful when outlets are at a premium in your hotel room. It is incredibly handy to have a powerstrip when i stay in hotels with too few outlets.

Anker's charger was supposed to be discounted. The invoice says it was a pre-used item, but that was not made at all obvious when i purchased it (at a cost above what anker suggested as the discounted price) was great for about a month.

Cord is a little unusual - cloth covered and a bit malleable. The cords are super sturdy, and we love the plug that is flat. What is so insanely nice about this particular one is the usb plug ins.

I wish more producers exercised such savvy.
