What distinguishes this over other is the actual serving amounts for each ingredient. Thisdistinguishes it from eaa powder. I recommend this product to someone who wants to supplement eaas but doesn't necessarily want to make a beverage with them.
The foil was only attached in 4 small spots. Called amazon customer service and got my money back.

When i lift heavy weights, i usually get a ton of soreness that can last several days. On a quarter dose, there was even more soreness, but still a significant improvement. Bcaas are the cornerstone of my supplement regime.
Tastes absolutely disgusting. If you thing “flavorless’ means “oh god that’s disgusting’, then this is the product for you. Save yourself. Buy the flavored kind.
The unflavored is def. Terrible. Unflavored tastes terrible. Nothing makes the unflavored type palatable.
The seal under the cap always gets stuck to the lid when opening. Missing internal seal and the outside cap seal was also missing holograms. Not sure how this is even possible, expiration date is 05/20.
