The charging port is loose and fails to keep connection. While plugged in to charge, it will periodically make the beep sound you hear when first plugging the phone in.

The screen protector itself has no durability and is just * plastic so that it instantly gets scratched and hard to see through. Extremely hard to instal without bubbles or finger prints.

Customer service very good they was responded to my emails very quickly and solved my issue. A great product and from a reputable company. I'm super picky about cases, but this one works well enough.

The lightening connector on this phone feels more solid and has not yet demonstrated the initial glitchiness of the previous model. It is very easy to take on and off, and charging it is hassle free, do not even need to remove it from your phone.
