Worked wonders for uterine cramping after my fifth birth. It provides unimaginable pain relief. My water relieves the pain very quickly!

To be fair tylenol didn't either. Taste is not great either, which i could look past if the product worked.

The flavor is a little sweet,citrusy and sugar free. It is low sodium and uses coconut water as the sweetener.

I use this multiple times per day, it's phenomenal. Will keep ordering. This stuff is my absolute favorite purchase on amazon.

I mix 3/4 scoop in 12oz (don't have a 16oz) and it blends fine with a few quick stirs. I transfer this powder from the original product bag into that canister and then all is well.
