The molded in screws with nuts are exactly what i have been looking for. The suction cups are used for a fairly heavy wood and metal window bird & squirrel feeder. Works as advertised. Bought a drying rack for over the sink.

Works well for the chairs on our hardwoods. It prevents her from nicking the trim when she bumps into it. Used for screen porch furniture.

The original is no longer available so figured this could be a good replacement. It works great. May need to purchase more for new furniture.
