The images are impressively sharp in standard mode. These are the only night vision binoculars i've ever had. Was able to see the big dipper from our balcony clearly and with ease.
The screen is super sharp and clear. What looks black nothing to the * eye is crisp, clear picture through screen. Given that on a small screen the images are nice and sharp, i expect to be impressed.
For a first time user who is 12 yrs old or younger these glasses are cool. They are lightweight and the picture is clear. Great for hunting in the dark!
Takes a while to get used to the * as they are not backlit so in the dark. Once you get familiar with the modes and * it is very intuitive. I wish the * had more of a tactile feedback.

The two videos show that this is a low-light device and not really infrared. No instruction manual and no way to figure out how to turn the thing on. They do no work like regular binoculars and are very slow to zoom in and out.
