These wheels are exactly what i needed for my newly constructed work bench. The swivel and wheel both have ball bearings. My driveway is on a bit of a slope and i feel completely confident the bench is going nowhere with them locked.

The movement is really smooth. It moves smoothly and easily as needed on my patio. Easy install, rolls well, turns well, brakes are secure and easy to turn on and off.

These are definitely not rated for anywhere near 2200lbs. Had flat spots after mounting to a table weighing less than 100 lbs. All of them have nice radial bearings that spin freely but the swivel may as well not exist.

The cabinet is about 6 feet tall so wanted smaller wheels for it. Have purchased several sets and have had no issues with any of them. Having large fastening screws and washers were a plus.

They work great on smooth surfaces and not so much on gravel. They have smooth operation with good bearings and good mounting plates. Great rollers, easy to install, comes with everything you need.
