Low rating is for the poor longevity of the product. Cost and lifespan of clock negatively impacts rating. What was initially an asset is now disruptive and more confusing for elderly mom.

There is a 12 month warranty but it's not clear how to go about getting a replacement. We have to plug it back in for it to work again. Please reach out to provide guidance on how to get a replacement.

Easy to operate and have had no issues in several months. The * are easy to identify and i like the small dimensions of the machine. Want to turn the alarm on, hold that button down a sec.
