It's easy enough to take the cover off and drill a couple holes, but it slows down installation. Very easy installation.
As is described and pictured. Bought this for my newly renovated master bedroom. It looks great, throws out a lot of light and has versatile adjustments with the remote.
Only one hole was threaded correctly. There are no instructions and the wiring doesn't even appear to be for the us.
