The mounting system does not get the fixture flush to ceiling. This results in a gap that allows insects and air to come from the attic and a crooked look to the ceiling.

Took only moments to install. A really nice feature is the tiny cable that supports the fixture while connecting the wires. Just push in the provided connectors to hold the lamp in place.
