The neck has a bendable rod for positioning, but it is very weak and doesn't flex all that much. I let him sit out for a while hoping it would fluff up but it hasn't.

The photos are super misleading. This dog has a skinny head and the legs don't stick out from the body at all the way they appear to in the thumbnails.
