They have a generic fatnasy medieval / far east design to them, have a good heft, and look suitably weathered. They're great but the gold and crescent ones are almost too shiny compared to the copper and silver.
The instructions are simple. Our kindergartener loves being able to read the blue and red cards and do all of the counting/moving spaces for us. Highly recommend for families with competitive kiddos.
The best part to me is that teamwork is required and while competition is involved, it's not cutthroat. I also like that the game only goes forward, so no one feels like a loser for going backwards. Great cooperative gameplay.
The game board assembles to 6 feet long! Love this game. It's like an i spy game and it is perfect to spread on our living room floor. It’s a great game to grow as she grows too! We love the disney theme and i loved how everyone had to work together.
Game is based on richard scarry's books. Best part is the search and find piece.
The game board has way too many spaces so the game takes a long time to successfully complete. The only use for the spinner is to turn the timer over on a certain item. The sand timer is kinda useless too.
