These are brighter than a 60 watt as advertised, but don't seem as bright as an incandescent 100 watt. Uses the same energy as the 60w equivalent florescent bulbs - 13w.

The bulbs can not be used in enclosed fixtures. There is no color tone guide on the box either, most brands have the color gradient printed clearly on their boxes. They claim it will last 15,000 hours.

It is very easy to install i an outdoor electrical box. Comes with a wiring diagram for those that need one.

The clear plastic cover turns yellow and opaque, so the sensor stops working.

The stud for the swivel adjustment was also broken. Worked for 2 days and then did not turn the lights off. Of course it quits working after the return date.
