100W Equivalent, A19 LED Light B... vs TORCHSTAR #100W Equivalent# 14W ...

These are brighter than a 60 watt as advertised, but don't seem as bright as an incandescent 100 watt. Uses the same energy as the 60w equivalent florescent bulbs - 13w.

The bulbs can not be used in enclosed fixtures. There is no color tone guide on the box either, most brands have the color gradient printed clearly on their boxes. They claim it will last 15,000 hours.

Fits inside my direct drive garage door openers. Used on my new liftmaster garage door opener. The frequency protection is amazing and doesn't interfere with the garage door opener.

They are very bright, infinitely better than the ge 60-watt equivalent led bulbs i had before. Led bulbs are often different in neck size compared to traditional bulbs. They are brighter, use less electricity (15w vs 60w) and hopefully will last longe...  Read More

Torchstar bulbs work well with my new liftmaster garage door opener system. Have used these led bulbs successfully now with my chamberlin garage door opener and remotes. I note the install dates on the bulb bases to keep track of longevity.

Very poor durability and longevity. Look for a better bulb.
