The e26 bulb runs cooler inside the fixture than a 100w bulb. The bulbs are very bright and work well in a -10 deg walk in freezer. The bulb is also much less expensive than 100w bulbs.

Longevity is yet to be determined. Bang for the buck period. No issues whatsoever.

These are brighter than a 60 watt as advertised. My lux meter also shows it is about 8% brighter.

There is no color tone guide on the box either, most brands have the color gradient printed clearly on their boxes. The bulbs can not be used in enclosed fixtures. A normal bulb *just* fits inside the globe on my ceiling fan. This is the worst quality...  Read More
