The king size is large enough for a bed or to cover a deep, 3-seater couch with room to spare. I like that it is a good size and drapes nicely on the sides of my king size bed. It is well made, all seams are finished.

The waffle weave makes for a more breathable coverup. These are very breathable. It's not so loose of a weave that you have to worry about loose strings catching and snagging.

It's not a soft cozy blanket persay, but it's also not rough and scratchy. The thickness and softness is just right. Had read review about roughness but loved color selection so tried it.

Queen size mattress is 60x80 inches, this is barely over those measurements. It is more like a throw for a queen, not good for two people under it. He's 6ft tall and this only covers to his chest.
