Very Dishonest company, They billed me for service saying they came out but never sprayed the inside of my house or never supported any documentation/invoice.  When attempting to resolve the issue with a female employee named Mary, she was rude (Condescending voice)lacking customer service/ communication skills. This place doesn't even deserve 1-Star, as a business owner myself this company needs better customer service/ employees. it saddens me to write this negative comment because the owner Dave is a great guy but his company has dishonest employees ruining the business. When this company did come out to spray my house, I would continually call them back out because I would still see lots of ants and spiders.  Take your money and business to a better honest pest control.  Read Less

I called another company who was charging twice as much and offering half of what this company offers to get rid of Pepe Le Pew and his friends from under our house. This is the 3rd time this summer our house reeks of skunk and I can't believe I just now called them today and hadn't called them before. Dave showed up at the time I was told; he was super friendly and neutralized the smell along with placing traps. Let's hope tomorrow morning the skunks are caught.  Read Less
