Pros
Car was serviced promptly and properly. The guys always take good care of my car, they work fast, sufficient and they do care about the costumer. Never go to the dealership again.
The haus is a great place to get your car fixed. I had my sport antenna stolen by a hooligan in samo. Brought my rolls royce to the haüs.
Kevin and josh are very helpful and keep you posted on every step of the process. The guys at car nerds are great and honest. Kevin and his team are incredible -- extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient.
Cons
These clowns are expensive, ignorant of mini coopers and careless.

My local bmw dealer who provides topnotch work wanted to charge me more double what the haus did and i was not in the mood to get assraped

The proverbial cherry on top was when they didnt charge me for a service that didnt need to be performed in the first place but bmw wanted 245 to complete
