I got my tragus piercing here with Matteo last weekend and I couldn't be happier with it. My friend and I had decided to go on a whim on Saturday, which understandably, is one of their busiest days. Our overall wait time was about an hour, but the lounge area is very spacious and chill with lots of options for seating. There is also a bathroom and water dispenser available, along with some candy and snacks on the tables (not sure if this is standard? First time at a parlour).Because this was my first piercing by needle (besides the one I got as a baby), I was a little nervous. But Matteo was very reassuring, and his hands were quick and efficient -- I hardly felt the needle at all! Now I can't wait to go back and get my front helix piercings! Oh and yes, like many others have said before me, bring your student ID to score the 10% discount. Even though the prices are pretty reasonable already -- mine came out to be ~$70 for service + jewelry -- it doesn't hurt to save a few bucks here and there.  Read Less
