Pros
Robert is very detailed and was able to explain and answer all of my questions promptly. Robert is extremely professional, punctual and helpful with all my questions. He is prompt, clear, and very careful and thorough.
Rob always responds quickly to my emails/calls, explains everything very well and extremely trustworthy. Rob is smart, efficient and responsive. Appreciate it rob! I'm very happy to have found rob.
Cons
It seems like my old school accountant before he retired was twice as helpful twice as diligent and half as expensive. I think he needs the constructive criticism to possibly adjust his client interactions.
