our stay We arrived before check in but our room was ready so no issues Small room due to 3 beds in room Walls are wood chip effect painted grey and brown Bed sheets were clean Mattresses stained and hard pillows traditional Spanish ones quite hard Bedding about 10 years old nYou have to pay €4 a day for safe plus a €10 deposit Electrics are operated via putting your door card in socket in the wall Lots of people complaining about this as they couldn’t leave air con on in room for when they returned However it saves money and environment Also u can just cheat and put any card in and the electric will stay on Room has a modern tv with numerous channels 3 are English all news Lots of complaints about the noise from the club next door but we haven’t heard that Heard lots of noise from people coming in from club but not actual club You won’t get a full sleep if your a light sleeper I am so I’m used to it and family are heavy sleepers so didn’t hear it Cleaning of room is quick and not detailed but ok Expect 3 star nFood generally was nice every morning and evening with a good spread of things So my 4 year old always had something The management of it however is poor It is a stampede we learned to go early 8am for breakfast and late 930 pm for dinner Hotel doesn’t cater solely for English which isn’t a bad thing but will be for some hotel is a real mix of nationality’s as such it creates a real mix of expected manners Generally majority of guests Are Spanish or Catalan Been to this area 3 times and generally found the local people rude and dismissive of English however considering we English send over the worst aspects of society with poor tattoos attitudes social standing and manners I can’t blame them Hotel is near the beach but it is pain walking there n back everyday also you Get accosted by lucky lucky men We ate down the road at Linda’s bar most evening and breakfast as the food hall in hotel was a chore The rush and lack of seats was to much At Linda bar They were very kind to my little boy and do nice food The hotel basically has to many guests to cater for them properly pools are nice but small However bar area massive Didn’t see anything in way of entertainment advertised but told there was some on Didn’t go to any n Careful of the sliding balcony doors we had to spend 4 ours stuck on our balcony due to the lock being on a latch which was our fault however most hotels I know don’t allow this to happen they have specific locks that don’t do this The pictures make it look lovely and in general there were a lot of positives but when you scratch surface problems occur In general if you don’t expect to much and can laugh at the stuff that goes on then your stay will be almost ok however I can see how it would be a disappointment for
