The others had their fax machines on so all i got was a fax tone during normal business hours when they should have been answering the phone

The sandal section was just a wall where all of it was hung which is sad really

I went to one of the payless store in my area to use credit and cashier told me they no longer accept merchandise credits for weeks now

I understand they are closing their business however their stores are still open and merchandise credit is my money

Not only that cashier showed no politeness and showed me the notice on side
