language barrier with most staff therewhich is fine except if youre supervising kids jumping off high objects you may want to ensure everyone understands the word HELPnMy son fell needless to sayand injured himself to the point he ended up losing consciousness His brother who was in there with him was screaming HELPnthe staff did NOT go in to help him was it a language barrier was it panic I dont know why she didnt go in to help but she didntI did which is fine obviously hes my son but she was right there where I had to go thru the obstacle course to get to a kid when she was right therenot one staff member came over to help me as I carried by 12 year old son thru an inflatable obstacle coursenot one nas I carried a limp child out of this bouncy house obstacle course a tried to find a place to sit him down so I could call 911a crowd of people circled around usbut not one staff member People from the crowd ended up helping me and the ambulance arrived and we leftI would say 5 minutes before we departed via ambulance someone I think staff asked for my name and number but NEVER called nThank god my son was ok but I can tell you that because of the absolute poor customer service and the lack of responsiveness from the staff I would never give them the exuberant amount of money they made off me that day ever again nI will say that later in the week we saw a man that worked there in a store and he approached us and asked how my son was doing as he said that everyone was talking about the incident thru the day and they had hoped he was okthat was nice and now I know that the company knew what happened and still never reached out nI imagine they dont reach out to injured individuals because there are too many to reach out to During our visit to the ER the ER doctor said they see kids multiple times a week from that place and shes just waiting for there to be a fatality nAs much fun as my kids may have herenope we will never be back againbetween the amount
