clean All the staff were friendly and helpful and the evening entertainment was fun and suitable for our children to watch The hotel was full apparently but did not feel busy as there was plenty of space round the pools The beach nearby is stunning and the water very shallow Lots of shops to buy touristy bits and a few beach cafes which shut at about 530 We never got asked to pay for a sunbed so not sure how much they are We took a cab to calla Bonna for €10 which has a small harbour with a few nice waterside restaurants The drinks in the mini bar in the rooms are included in your all inclusive which we didn’t realise until check out nnI had issues with how we were sold this hotel by TUI The rooms only sleep up to 3 so as a family of four we were issued two twin rooms I assumed that these would be interconnecting rooms This hotel does not have interconnecting rooms My husband had to sleep in a separate room while I was in with our young children Not ideal We were told it was an additional £1000 to move to a similar hotel with an interconnecting door The hotel offered us two identical rooms but with a shared terrace for an additional €980 Both of which we thought was ridiculous nnAlso images that you see on the hotel page are of the ‘water park’ not the hotel pool We had to pay £40 to go to the water park only to find it had two tunnel slides and a small splash park which included 4 toddler slides and some animal statues that at one point must have squirted water We felt that this should really not incur an extra cost Later on in the week we came across paradis park at the back of the safari hotel which is a playground with trampolines and a much better splash park which you do not have to pay to enter and is well worth a visit nnIt is not obvious on the TUI site that the cafe at the pool bar is not included in the all inclusive so all three meals are served in the buffet There are a la cartes which you can fill out a form to apply for a table at We we only told on day 6 of our 10 day holiday that you can ask every afternoon at 12 if there is a table that day nnOverall this was a fantastic holiday but felt we could have been better
