Overall the carpets were dull and tinged with dust.

And the carpets just didn't come out looking very clean.

He even cleaned stains partially into rooms that weren't to be done, and partially under beds, so color variations didn't show.

I don't know if maybe it is impossible to remove the smell, so maybe there was nothing they could have done.

Unfortunately, there are still areas of the rug that have a urine smell when i put my face right up to it, but it's possible that maybe i can't expect it to go away entirely.
