They offered for me to go through their insurance company but the replacement values were so low that they just ended up giving me cash to save me the trouble of paper work

It takes them longer to load my stuff than to unload not sure if thats normal but that was the case both times

It makes sense that they would want to finish the job quickly bc its manual labor and very grueling
