Very happy with water heater replacement that was done. I contacted them one afternoon, they were out the next morning, which was much faster than my experience with a big box store. They were very professional, did a very neat and tidy install,  even bleached mold spots caused by the water leak, and were very polite. It was a very positive experience. I noticed water leaking about 2 pm in the afternoon and Plamen was out at my house by about 4:15pm to hook up my new water heater. We knew we were going to call him because a few years ago we had him out and appreciated his honesty with us! Today was no different. He does fast quality work and when my husband had a few questions he even took the time to FaceTime my husband at work to show him all the new connections and stuff.
