I am a renter and LZ was suggested by the owner of my apt. I initially called because of a slow draining bathroom sink. While Boris was still here, I also asked him to take a look at the kitchen sink which has had poor water pressure for months. He determined that the problem was the cartridge in the faucet and not a problem with the pipes as I had been told by two other plumbers. He went to a local hardware store to find a replacement cartridge, but it did not fit the faucet. So, he told me he would check some other places and come back. He returned a few days later and was able to replace the cartridge. He had also bought a new faucet as a "back up fix" if one of the cartridges didn't work. Finally, after so many months, I had a great working kitchen sink! As an added bonus, I mentioned to him that the building's water supply was going to be turned off and he removed the aerators and showed me how to deal with everything so that when the water was turned back on, I would not have any trouble. I don't want any more plumbing issues, but I do know who to call when they arise!  Read Less
