room nnFood food on on the adults only side was great had several difficulties with the reservations adults only side was supposed to be given a “butler” but we either didn’t get one assigned to us or he never showed his face luckily Marcos came to our rescue and volunteered to be our butler He was great I wish there was more like him at the resort nnPools pools were nice and relaxing But if you order a drink at the pool don’t expect to be getting it within the hour Atleast three times we ordered drinks and it took about an hour to get them much easier to get them yourself Or the service is MUCH better down by the beach bar and pool Braddy was AMAZING and would take our orders for drinks and food and he would run all over the place to get what we wanted if the beach bar didn’t have it Once again wish that all of the workers had the same customer service nnBeach they keep the beach clean but the water itself was plagued with sea weed and so we didn’t actually swim in the water except for the last day when it had cleared up a little You will also be harassed by vendors down by the ocean and on the family side of the resort You just have to be extremely blunt and sometimes rude to get them to leave you alone Beach cabanas and chairs were all very nice and clean though Beautiful white sand nnOverall customer service entertainer named Kim was so much fun I believe she leads a couple water aerobics classes as well She always had on a smile and spread the fun around Can’t say enough about Braddy as well He was amazing and if it wasn’t for him my view of customer service at this hotel would be greatly diminished nnHad a lot of fun with couples and people we met there Went on three excursions that were also a blast Overall a pretty decent experience for the price But if you’re willing to spend a little more than it might be worth it to go somewhere with more Brandy’s If you’re looking to just chill in the pool or the beach all day and have your drinks
